Introducing the Ford Mustang Mach 1 SFX Library. Packed with the raw power of a true American muscle icon, featuring the Mustang’s famous 5.0L V8 engine in all its glory. We used onboard microphones inside the engine bay and near the exhaust to capture every sound, from idle to redline. In addition, we set up mics along the track to capture everything from rapid drive-offs to roaring pass-bys. So you get thunderous growls, aggressive exhaust burbles, and every bold sound that makes this car special.
We recorded ambisonic surround files from the interior perspective, perfect for surround and VR applications.
Every recorder is timecode-synced for simple DAW session reconstruction, making it incredibly easy to sync every mic perspective from a chosen manoeuvre. We have included ready-made Reaper and Pro Tools sessions with the standard pack.
Delivered uncompressed in 96kHz and 24-bit, the library contains detail, nuance and offers you full creative freedom.

To help you quickly find the sounds you are looking for, we have included extensive metadata in every file. Our file naming and metadata is created according to current UCS standards and can be read by audio management tools such as Soundminer & Basehead.
