To capture the raw vintage power of this classic, microphones were mounted in the engine bay and around the exhausts to deliver every crackle, rumble, idle, and full-throttle roar in unmatched detail. We also set up external trackside microphones to record the authentic drive-by sounds, from startup to revs, giving you the unmistakable growl of a genuine ’32 Ford Hot Rod. As a result, this library is perfect for anyone looking for high-quality classic car sound recordings or authentic hot rod audio.
We recorded ambisonic surround files from the interior perspective, perfect for surround and VR applications.
Every recorder is timecode-synced for simple DAW session reconstruction, making it incredibly easy to sync every mic perspective from a chosen manoeuvre. We have included ready-made Reaper and Pro Tools sessions with the standard pack.
