The Ford Mustang is an icon of American automotive ingenuity. Sporting a 5.0L V8 ‘Coyote’ engine, we’ve meticulously captured the primal character and raw power of this vehicle with microphones placed in and around the car. This includes microphones fastened in the
engine bay, around the exhausts and inside the air intake to accurately represent every pop, bang, splutter, idle and redline in immaculate detail. Additionally, our external trackside microphones have encapsulated the feeling of the Mustang GT roaring as it drives past, fires up or revs.
We recorded ambisonic surround files from the interior perspective, perfect for surround and VR applications. Surround sound files are not available in the Short & Sweet library.
Every recorder is timecode-synced for simple DAW session reconstruction, making it incredibly easy to sync every mic perspective from a chosen manoeuvre. We have included ready-made Reaper and Pro Tools sessions with the standard pack.
Delivered uncompressed in 96kHz and 24-bit, the library contains detail, nuance and offers you full creative freedom.
