The Toyota GR Yaris is a rally-inspired hot hatch engineered for performance and powered by a turbocharged 1.6L three-cylinder engine. Known for its distinctive exhaust tone, sharp induction and responsive turbo character.
To capture its authentic sound, high-quality microphones were placed throughout the vehicle, including the engine bay, intake, and exhaust system, to record every start-up, rev, turbo spool, and acceleration in detail. External microphones were also used to capture pass-bys and runs as the GR Yaris charges past at speed. These recordings deliver an authentic, high-quality Toyota GR Yaris audio experience for film, games, and professional sound design.
We recorded ambisonic surround files from the interior perspective, perfect for surround and VR applications.
Every recorder is timecode-synced for simple DAW session reconstruction, making it incredibly easy to sync every mic perspective from a chosen manoeuvre. We have included ready-made Reaper and Pro Tools sessions with the standard pack.
Delivered uncompressed in 96kHz and 24-bit, the library contains detail, nuance and offers you full creative freedom.
