Introducing European Muscle Cars Volume One, a collection of twelve short and sweet libraries. This comprehensive sound effects library of high-quality recordings showcases the full spectrum of European muscle cars. We have represented as many engine configurations as possible, including I4s, I6s, V6s, and, of course, V8s. Each car was recorded with onboard microphones secured inside the engine bay and around the exhaust, capturing every exquisite detail from idle to redline. Additionally, external microphones were placed at different perspectives along the track, capturing everything from roaring drive-offs to light-speed pass-bys. Full libraries are available on the website if you need more of any of these cars.

We recorded ambisonic surround files from the interior perspective which have been converted to stereo.
Every recorder is timecode-synced for simple DAW session reconstruction, making it incredibly easy to sync every mic perspective from a chosen manoeuvre.
Delivered uncompressed in 96kHz and 24-bit, the library contains detail, nuance and offers you full creative freedom.
Metadata
To help you quickly find the sounds you are looking for, we have included extensive metadata in every file. Our file naming and metadata is created according to current UCS standards and can be read by audio management tools such as Soundminer & Basehead.
