Introducing the Tesla Model S. A comprehensive audio library of high-quality recordings captured over three separate recording sessions. We took the Tesla out on the road to capture the complete range of sound from idle to redline. We also recorded the car on a hub dyno, which allowed us to take the car through very controlled manoeuvres with microphones all around the motor, ensuring we captured the most pristine, high-quality recordings. We have also included audio from a third recording session which contains passbys, drive-ins and drive-offs at a range of speeds. This library is not just an amazing source for an EV, but it’s also a great tonal sound design source for all kinds of different situations, such as spaceships, sci-fi, and UI.
We recorded ambisonic surround files from the interior perspective, perfect for surround and VR applications.
Every recorder is timecode-synced for simple DAW session reconstruction, making it incredibly easy to sync every mic perspective from a chosen manoeuvre. We have included ready-made Reaper and Pro Tools sessions with the standard pack.
Delivered uncompressed in 96kHz and 24-bit, the library contains detail, nuance and offers you full creative freedom.

To help you quickly find the sounds you are looking for, we have included extensive metadata in every file. Our file naming and metadata is created according to current UCS standards and can be read by audio management tools such as Soundminer & Basehead.
